How to copy effects from one layer to another in Photoshop CS3

Add CommentThis is something that eluded me for quite sometime until today! In older versions of Photoshop you could simply drag an effect from one layer to another and it would automatically copy it. Someone at Adobe decided that it would be a great idea to take away this handy feature.
However, its as simple as:
Windows: Alt Drag effect to desired layer
Mac: Options Drag effect to desired layer
Hope this helps a fellow designer in need!
