Alex Ferguson opens investment wings in S.Africa

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has gone a notch higher by opting to invest in a South African beverage company.
Ferguson bought a 10% stake in the company BOS, an organic ice tea company that blends local south Africa tea with natural fruit flavours and ingredients .
Ferguson was quoted as saying he was delighted to be part of this exciting brand coming out of South Africa.
He said he believed the Cape Town-based beverage had great potential to become a local as well as international market player and said there was a great story behind it.
BOS founder and proprietor Grant Rushmore said the company was proud to be associated with Ferguson.
Another top businessman Remgro’s VenFin has also bought a 20% stake in the company.
