For me music has always played a great part of my life. Music added the little extra to my life and wellbeing. I listen to all kinds of music depending on the mood I am in and it helps me channel my feelings and emotions. I also believe that music is a "lifestyle" and it certainly is art with which people express their opinions, beliefs and views. What kind of music do you listen to guys and gals? What is your opinion on music. It would be interesting to have a vivid discussion about it. So join in!!!

I tend to lean towards Hip-hop and R and B when I listen to music, but over the years I have developed a taste for many different genre's of music.

Generally if the music has a beautiful melody / rhythm I like it!

Yes, hip hop and r and b have always been my favs. Although, I do quite like music from the 50's and 60's as well. I like everything I can let my hair down...lol... I need to be able to shake my bum to it :) ... I also like classical music and always have. It has something calming yet exciting to it, I cannot explain. Just thinking of Mozart, Bach, Beethoven etc and what they accomplished is absolutely amazing. For me I have to like the tunes first and then secondly I need to like the lyrics as well. If I don't like them it ruins the tunes for me as well.
